Water Damage during school's summer break

Summer break for schools is a great time to update anything that is out of date, clean and make changes before the students come back for the school year. This school, however, had an unexpected renovation happen when a pipe started leaking in one of the walls and caused major water damage. SERVPRO of Gurnee came and had to remove cabinets and walls to be able to reach the pipe so it could be fixed. Then we removed all the damaged floor and wall materials as well as dried everything out. It was prepped for reconstruction and finished before the school year started.
