Heavy Rains cause sump pump back up

With all the heavy and non stop rain in the area, this homeowner unfortunately had to deal with his sump pump not being able to handle the increase of water and failing. This wasn't even the first time this has happened. When SERVPRO of Gurnee showed up, there was already drywall removed from a previous time the sump pump had failed. He decided to have things professionally dried and cleaned this time and we were happy to help. We removed anything on the floor that was damaged by the back up and proceeded to dry out the space with air movers and de-humidifiers.
